Every
Paramilitary, Criminal, and Terrorist Attack
(Amateur OR Professional)
Begins With
ACTIVE SURVEILLANCE OF THE TARGET!!
Terrorists
and criminals conduct surveillance in order to
gather information to plan an attack.
This
course will encourage U.S. personnel to make surveillance
detection a part of their daily operations and
lifestyle.
Then,
they can detect that they are being watched and
stop the terrorist planning process at the earliest
stages.
