WFTV Channel 9 aired a news story in the fall of 2002 featuring Gryphon Group Security Services as one of the top police training schools across the nation for defensive driving tactics.

Discovery Channel aired a program on September 7th, 2001, that highlighted Gryphon as "one of the premiere evasive driving schools in the world".

Also, The Learning Channel (TLC) aired a program on high speed pursuits last year which featured Gryphon Group teaching police officers an advanced vehicle tactic called "The PIT Maneuver." There are only a few places in the world to be certified in this technique and Gryphon is one of them.
